In order to help offset some of my ongoing expenses for maintaining this web site, I am now offering the following information from my personal files on a per topic basis for ten-dollars each.

My personal files contain all the information I have collected on the above topics during the past thirty-plus years.

I have personally invested many years researching and experimenting in each of the above areas and I have discovered what actually works and what does not. My objective has always been to discover practical methods that could be used in a long-term survival situation when a family did not have the option to conveniently replenish their supplies on a regular basis.

Each one of my Special Topic Articles contains some information that is based on my own personal life experiences and that information can not be found anywhere on the internet or in any type of reference book.

For example, most wine recipes have simple instructions and if you have the proper equipment and all the chemicals specified in those recipes then you could make good wine. However, if you do not have all the chemicals then your homemade wine will not turn out as you expected and you may not be able to drink it.

Most homemade wine recipes also assume that you have some "basic common wine making knowledge" and therefore those recipes do not include every step in the wine making process.

On the other hand, my Homemade Wine Recipes assume that you have no previous experience making wine and therefore my recipes include 27 steps. My recipes also do not require any special chemicals and therefore my Homemade Wine Recipes could be successfully used during a hard times event to make reasonably good quality wine.

But, as an added bonus, my Homemade Wine Recipes also include the option to use the standard wine making chemicals and each of those chemicals is mentioned at the exact step in the wine making process where it could be used. However, at each step where a special chemical is mentioned there is also detailed information about an alternate procedure that does not require that special chemical. Therefore my Homemade Wine Recipes could be successfully used with or without any special wine making chemicals, and that includes store bought packaged yeast.
